AUSTRALIA – Local Surcharge Review

AUSTRALIA – Local Surcharge Review

31/10/2023

Over the last four years we have kept cost increases to a minimum. Accumulated cost increases during this time have necessitated a review of local surcharges. A review of the structure of Swire Shipping’s cost recoveries was also undertaken.

As a result, Swire Shipping will simplify our tariff and now include our Terminal Handling Charges in the origin and destination Port Service Charge (OPS/DPS) recovery. To facilitate this change, freight rates will be adjusted.
