SOUTHBOUND NORTH & SOUTH EAST ASIA TO AUSTRALIA SERVICE REVISED BUNKER ADJUSTMENT FACTOR – AUGUST 2012

Further to monitoring of IFO 380 fuel prices, Swire Shipping wishes to advise that the Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) applicable on all Southbound cargo from North and South East Asia to Australia has been decreased as follows for the month of August 2012:-

July BAF August BAF
USD $680 / TEU USD $600 / TEU
USD $1,360 / FEU USD $1200 / FEU
USD $38 / RT (Break-bulk / LCL) USD $33 / RT (Break-bulk / LCL)

 

The surcharge will apply for all consignments showing a Bill of Lading date of 1 August 2012 or later on the North Asia and South East Asia service.
