Swire Shipping BAF Annoucement (PNG SI to Asia) - July 2012

CHANGE IN BUNKER ADJUSTMENT FACTOR (BAF)
FOR NORTHBOUND CARGO
FROM PAPUA NEW GUINEA & SOLOMON ISLANDS TO ASIA

As a result of a fluctuation in the price of oil, Swire Shipping has revised the Bunker
Adjustment Factor (BAF) being charged for all Northbound cargo from Papua New
Guinea and Solomon Islands to Asia. The new BAF charges will be as follows:

USD $680 / TEU
USD $1360 / FEU
USD $38.00 / RT (Break-bulk / LCL)

The new BAF charges will be implemented from the following vessels:

Ex PNG – Yingchow V.1207N (ETA Lae 27th June 2012)

Ex Solomon Islands – Chekiang V.1208N (ETA Honiara 2nd July 2012)

Swire Shipping will review the BAF on this trade lane monthly, tracking it on the Platts
IFO380 market price and reduce or increase our BAF accordingly.
